Russia Country Program (paused)

The traineeship program with Russia is the origin of the AKI internship programs.

AKI supported the largest country in the world after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1990 with the development of a private, family-based agricultural sector. Since then, between 50 to 80 interns from Russia come to Germany every year. From this collaboration, the Russian Farmer’s Association, AKKOR, was formed.

The programme has been temporarily suspended.
