On Monday, 24 October 2022, AgrarKontakte International (AKI) e.V. farewelled the first graduates of the traineeship program year 2022.

In a small circle at the AKI office in Stuttgart-Plieningen, two Kazakh trainees and four Ukrainian trainees celebrated their farewell by the AKI team on October 24, 2022.

After an official welcome, the trainees received their final certificates and some also their certificates for especially good achievements from AKI's managing director Mr. Falk Kullen. Afterwards, everyone had the opportunity to talk about their impressions of the past months and their plans for the future over coffee and cake. The next day, the trainees returned to their home countries.

AKI strives to continue and strengthen the positive cooperation with the Ukrainian partners that has existed for many years and to further develop the partnership with Kazakhstan that has existed since 2022 for the implementation of the internship programme in order to contribute to the practical education of young people from agriculture in both countries.

AKI already expects many motivated agricultural interns again next year who have already applied for the programmes.
