We are pleased to present you the second professional summary of the second and third seminar block of the multilateral "Transitional Agriculture" project with the focus on capacity development*.

Due to the high relevance in agriculture, the six participating farmer organizations chose the topic Capacity Development* for the second and third seminar block themselves. Capacity Development* is also seen by leading agricultural experts and scientists worldwide as a key element in promoting agricultural development.
